How it works

The hardware

The formation of nanoparticles in the plant occurs through the generation of high vacuum.

The nanoparticles thus generated, using appropriate mechanical conduits, are directed toward the material to be subjected to deposition.

A rotation unit inside the deposition chamber allows multiple products to be exposed at the same time.

Our contribution

What we did during this project

  • Design and implementation of an automatic system for controlling the production of diagnostic slides.
  • Laboratory testing according to EN61010-1 – Safety of equipment for the Laboratory and IEC61326-1 EMC Testing.
  • Development and testing of a dedicated Software (c#) with touch operator interface, for assisted or automatic execution of the production process, based on .NET 8.0 and WPF
  • CE Marking
